What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor admits up to three individuals to its initial training program without a tuition charge. However, All Dogs Unleashed may require the franchisee to pay $50 per attendee to cover the cost of training materials. If the franchisee wishes to send additional individuals to training, All Dogs Unleashed reserves the right to charge a tuition fee per additional attendee.
This means that a new All Dogs Unleashed franchisee can have their Operating Principal, General Manager (if different from the Operating Principal), and Assistant General Manager attend the initial training program. This is a common practice in franchising, as it ensures that the key personnel are properly trained in the All Dogs Unleashed system.
The franchisee is responsible for all training-related costs and expenses, including salary, travel, lodging, and dining expenses for each individual who attends training on their behalf. The initial training program will be conducted within a reasonable time after the franchisee signs a franchise agreement, and before the opening of their Franchised Business. The training program is held over a 2-week period and includes both classroom and on-the-job training.
