When you sign the franchise agreement, you will pay us an initial franchise fee of $60,000. The initial franchise fee is uniform for all franchisees and is nonrefundable when paid.
Development Fee
If you enter into a Development Agreement, you must pay us a development fee equal to the sum of the discounted Franchise Fees due for each Franchised Business that you agree to develop (the "Development
Fee"). The Development Fee will range between $135,000 to $350,000 if you commit to develop between three to 10 Facilities. The low range is based on a commitment to develop three to five Facilities (in which case the Franchise Fee under each Franchise Agreement would be $45,000 per Facility), and the high range is based on a commitment to develop 10 or more Facilities (in which case the Franchise Fee under each Franchise Agreement would be $35,000 per Facility). The Franchise Fee for the development of six to nine Facilities under each Franchise Agreement would be $40,000 per Facility. The Development Fee must be paid upon execution of the Area Development Agreement.
Initial Training Fee
Your Operating Principal, General Manager (if different from your Operating Principal), and Assistant Manager must attend and successfully complete our initial training program (see Item 11). For each person who attends initial training, you must pay us $50.00 to cover the costs of course materials. This payment is uniform for all franchisees and is nonrefundable when paid.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $60,000. This fee is uniform for all franchisees. This means that every new All Dogs Unleashed franchisee pays the same initial fee to start their business. The initial franchise fee is nonrefundable once paid.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, All Dogs Unleashed also charges an initial training fee of $50.00 per person for the Operating Principal, General Manager (if different from the Operating Principal), and Assistant Manager to cover the costs of course materials. This fee is also uniform for all franchisees and is nonrefundable when paid.
However, if a franchisee enters into a Development Agreement to develop multiple All Dogs Unleashed locations, they must pay a development fee. This fee varies depending on the number of facilities the franchisee commits to developing. The development fee ranges from $135,000 to $350,000, with the franchise fee per facility decreasing as the number of committed facilities increases. For example, committing to three to five facilities results in a franchise fee of $45,000 per facility, while committing to 10 or more facilities reduces the fee to $35,000 per facility.
