What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to report specific information to the franchisor. Franchisees must promptly notify All Dogs Unleashed of any new concept, process, or improvement developed relative to the operation or promotion of the All Dogs Unleashed business. This notification must include all necessary related information, without any expectation of compensation. This requirement ensures that any advancements or innovations made within the franchise network are shared with the franchisor, potentially benefiting the entire system.

Furthermore, franchisees are required to inform All Dogs Unleashed in writing within 10 days of any change to the information provided in Attachment C of the franchise agreement. Attachment C likely contains details about the franchisee's business structure, ownership, and other essential information. This timely notification ensures that the franchisor maintains accurate and up-to-date records regarding its franchisees.

In addition to reporting improvements and changes to initial information, franchisees must also acknowledge that all customer information belongs exclusively to All Dogs Unleashed. While franchisees can use this information for the benefit of their franchised business, they cannot use it for any other purpose. Upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, franchisees must return all materials containing or reflecting customer information to the franchisor, retaining only a copy for legal and tax compliance purposes. This provision underscores the franchisor's ownership of customer data and its importance to the All Dogs Unleashed system.
