Are the governing documents for All Dogs Unleashed advertising cooperatives available for review?

We have the sole right to form, change, dissolve, and merge Cooperatives and to create and amend any organizational and governing documents of any Cooperative. As no Cooperatives have yet been established for the franchise system, governing documents are not available for your review. Once established, we may terminate and/or dissolve the Cooperative at any time. The Cooperative will not be terminated, however, until all monies in the Cooperative have been expended for authorized purposes or returned to contributing Facilities (whether franchised or company or affiliate-owned), without interest, on the basis determined by a majority vote of its members. Each Cooperative must prepare annual, unaudited financial statements, which will be made available to its contributing members.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the governing documents for advertising cooperatives are not currently available for review. All Dogs Unleashed retains the sole right to form, change, dissolve, and merge these cooperatives, including creating and amending their organizational documents. As of the FDD date, no cooperatives have been established within the franchise system.
Once a cooperative is established, All Dogs Unleashed has the authority to terminate or dissolve it at any time. However, the cooperative cannot be terminated until all funds have been used for authorized purposes or returned to the contributing facilities, whether franchised, company-owned, or affiliate-owned. These funds will be distributed without interest based on a majority vote of the members.
Each cooperative is required to prepare annual, unaudited financial statements, which will be made available to its contributing members. This ensures some level of financial transparency for franchisees participating in the cooperative. Prospective franchisees should inquire with All Dogs Unleashed about the conditions under which a cooperative might be formed in their area and what input franchisees have in the cooperative's operations and financial decisions once it is established.
