What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, the fees for the Advertising Cooperative are determined by a majority vote. Each participating All Dogs Unleashed Facility and the Franchisor each receive one vote.
Currently, All Dogs Unleashed does not have any Advertising Cooperatives. However, All Dogs Unleashed may designate any area with two or more Facilities as a region for an Advertising Cooperative and require franchisees to participate.
This means that if an Advertising Cooperative is established in the future, the franchisees within that cooperative, along with All Dogs Unleashed, will collectively decide on the advertising fees. This structure gives franchisees a direct say in how advertising funds are spent within their region, but also gives the franchisor a vote as well.
