We generally will not own or lease the site to you. You are responsible for conforming the site to local ordinances and building codes and obtaining any required permits. You are responsible for constructing, remodeling, and decorating the site in accordance with our Standards. We will provide our written specifications for equipment, signs, fixtures, inventory, and supplies. We do not provide, deliver, or install these items.

If the location of the Commercial Training Facility has not been identified as of the date the franchise

agreement was signed, you must propose a site that meets our criteria. We will notify you of our acceptance or rejection of the site within 30 days of receiving all requested information about the site. The criteria that we use to evaluate the site include general location, neighborhood, and physical characteristics of the property. If you fail to find a site that is acceptable to us within 90 days of the Effective Date of the franchise agreement, we may terminate the franchise agreement.

Unless we otherwise agree in writing, you must commence operating the Franchised Business within nine months after you sign the franchise agreement. If you do not begin operating the Franchised Business within this time, we have the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement.
