What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, All Dogs Unleashed can modify certain aspects of the franchise system. Specifically, All Dogs Unleashed has the right to modify the System, confidential manuals, and the products and services offered by the Franchised Business. These modifications can include adding, deleting, and changing operating procedures, products, and services.

As an All Dogs Unleashed franchisee, you are obligated to comply with these modifications at your own expense. All Dogs Unleashed will notify you of any such system changes, and you must implement them upon receipt of the notice within the timeframe that All Dogs Unleashed reasonably specifies. This means that franchisees must stay updated with any changes All Dogs Unleashed makes and be prepared to invest further to align with the new standards.

This clause is typical in franchise agreements, as it allows the franchisor to maintain brand consistency and adapt to market changes. However, it also places a responsibility on the franchisee to remain flexible and financially prepared for potential modifications. While All Dogs Unleashed can make these changes, they are expected to provide reasonable notice to allow franchisees to implement the changes effectively.
