- 6.2.2.
You may designate, with Franchisor's prior written consent, a General Manager to supervise Facility operations.
The General Manager shall devote his or her full-time efforts to Facility operations, and shall not engage in any other business or activity, directly or indirectly, that requires substantial management responsibility or time commitment.
The Operating Principal shall remain ultimately responsible for the General Manager's performance.
The General Manager must attend and successfully complete Franchisor's initial training program and all additional training that Franchisor requires, to Franchisor's satisfaction.
Franchisor shall have approved the General Manager as meeting its then-current qualifications for such position.
Any proposed replacement General Manager must successfully complete the initial training program and such other training required by Franchisor, and be approved by Franchisor, before assuming his or her position as General Manager.

You shall designate, with Franchisor's prior written consent, an Assistant Manager to assist in the supervision of the Franchised Business.
The Assistant Manager must attend and successfully complete Franchisor's initial training program and all additional training that Franchisor requires, to Franchisor's satisfaction.
Franchisor shall have approved the Assistant Manager as meeting its then-current
qualifications for such position. Any proposed replacement Assistant Manager must successfully complete the initial training program and such other training required by Franchisor, and be approved by Franchisor, before assuming his or her position as Assistant Manager.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can designate a General Manager to oversee the facility's operations, but this requires the franchisor's prior written consent. The General Manager must commit their full-time efforts to the All Dogs Unleashed facility and cannot be involved in other business activities that demand significant management responsibilities or time. The franchisee, referred to as the Operating Principal, retains ultimate responsibility for the General Manager's performance.
To qualify, the General Manager must successfully complete All Dogs Unleashed's initial training program and any additional required training to the franchisor's satisfaction. The franchisor must also approve the General Manager based on their current qualifications for the position. Any replacement General Manager must also complete the necessary training and receive approval from All Dogs Unleashed before assuming the role.
All Dogs Unleashed also requires franchisees to designate an Assistant Manager, also with the franchisor's prior written consent. Similar to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager must complete the initial and any additional training programs to the franchisor's satisfaction and receive approval based on their qualifications. Replacement Assistant Managers must undergo the same training and approval process before taking on the position.
