What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted in their use of the brand's Marks and copyrighted works on the internet. Specifically, franchisees are not allowed to display the Marks or any copyrighted materials on any website, which includes commercial, gaming, and social networking sites.
This restriction extends to using the Marks or any derivatives of them as part of a URL or domain name. Additionally, franchisees cannot register any part of the Marks as a username on gaming or social networking websites, or use them in unauthorized email addresses.
This policy ensures that All Dogs Unleashed maintains control over its brand identity and how it is presented online. It prevents franchisees from creating websites or online profiles that could potentially dilute or misrepresent the brand. Franchisees must adhere to these guidelines to remain in compliance with the franchise agreement.
