What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are prohibited from accepting money from or employing any individual or entity designated as a "Blocked Person." The FDD defines "Blocked Persons" as those whose property or interests in property have been blocked under Executive Order 13224, which pertains to individuals or entities that commit, threaten to commit, or support terrorism.

This provision means that prospective All Dogs Unleashed franchisees must ensure that they do not engage in any financial transactions or employment relationships with individuals or entities on the U.S. government's list of blocked persons. This requirement is in place to ensure compliance with U.S. anti-terrorism laws and regulations.

For a prospective All Dogs Unleashed franchisee, this means conducting due diligence to ensure that no funds are accepted from or employees hired are associated with any blocked persons. Failure to comply with this provision could result in legal consequences and potential termination of the franchise agreement.
