According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, after the franchise agreement is terminated or expires, franchisees are restricted by a non-competition covenant. This covenant lasts for two years. During this period, the franchisee and their owners are prohibited from performing specific dog-related services.
Specifically, the franchisee cannot perform dog training, grooming, or boarding services for any customer or former customer of the All Dogs Unleashed franchised business. Additionally, they are restricted from owning, maintaining, advising, operating, engaging in, being employed by, making loans to, or having any interest in any business that provides dog training, grooming, or boarding services.
These restrictions apply within the franchisee's former service area and extend 25 miles from the perimeter of that area. The restrictions also apply within 25 miles of any other All Dogs Unleashed business.
