The Franchised Business will be subject to all laws and regulations that apply to businesses generally including the Americans with Disabilities Act, OSHA, and EPA regulations. You also must comply with applicable employment laws, including federal and state discrimination laws, minimum wage, and other laws and regulations that apply to businesses generally.
You are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and licensing requirements related to the operation of your Franchised Business in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend that you consult with your own counsel concerning all applicable licenses, laws, and regulations before you decide to purchase a franchise.
