What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, the amount due for the Advertising Cooperative is determined by the Cooperative itself. Currently, All Dogs Unleashed does not have any Advertising Cooperatives. However, All Dogs Unleashed may designate any area with two or more facilities as a region for an Advertising Cooperative and require franchisees to participate.
The fees for the Advertising Cooperative will be determined by a majority vote. Each participating facility, including the franchisor, receives one vote. This means that franchisees within a designated advertising region will collectively decide how much each member contributes to the cooperative for advertising purposes.
This structure gives franchisees a direct say in their advertising expenses within their region. However, it also means that franchisees are subject to the decisions of the majority, and could be required to contribute an amount they disagree with. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the likelihood of Advertising Cooperatives forming in their area, how they are managed, and what factors influence the amount of the fees.
