What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee needs prior written consent from All Dogs Unleashed to relocate their facility. All Dogs Unleashed may grant consent if the current lease expires or terminates without fault of the franchisee. Consent may also be given if the facility is destroyed or materially damaged by fire, flood, or other natural catastrophe.

In addition to these conditions, the new location must meet All Dogs Unleashed's then-current standards and criteria. The franchisee must also not be in default of the franchise agreement or any other agreement with All Dogs Unleashed. This means that franchisees must maintain good standing with the franchisor to be eligible for relocation approval.

This policy ensures that any relocation maintains the brand's standards and protects All Dogs Unleashed's interests. It also provides franchisees with a defined process and specific conditions under which relocation may be approved, offering some security in unforeseen circumstances such as property damage or lease termination.
