ARTICLE 14 POST TERMINATION OBLIGATIONS
- 14.1. Cease Use of Marks and Copyrighted Works; Cancellation of Fictitious Name; Assignment of Email Addresses, URLs, Domain Names, and Internet Listings. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all use of the Marks, Copyrighted Works and Confidential Information.
