According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, providing inaccurate or incomplete information in Attachment C of the franchise agreement constitutes a material misrepresentation. Attachment C likely contains information about the prospective franchisee's background, qualifications, and financial status, which All Dogs Unleashed relies upon to evaluate the application.
The franchisee must notify All Dogs Unleashed in writing within 10 days of any changes to the information provided in Attachment C. This requirement ensures that All Dogs Unleashed has current and accurate information about the franchisee throughout the term of the agreement.
This clause protects All Dogs Unleashed from entering into agreements with unqualified or unsuitable franchisees. Franchisees should ensure that all information provided in the application process is truthful, accurate, and kept up-to-date to avoid potential legal issues or termination of the franchise agreement.
