We will administer the Fund. We will not use Fund monies for creating or placing any advertisement that is principally a solicitation for new franchisees, but we may include in all advertising prepared using Fund monies (including Internet advertising) information concerning franchise opportunities, and a portion of Fund monies may be used to create and maintain one or more pages on our web site devoted to advertising franchise opportunities and identifying and screening inquiries and applications submitted by franchise candidates. Any amounts contributed to the Fund that are not spent in the year they are collected will remain in the Fund for use during the next year. We are not required to conduct any specific form of advertising and are not required to spend any amount on advertising in the area or territory where your Facility is located. Advertising may be local, regional, or national, as we deem appropriate. Our advertising materials are currently created with an outside advertising agency.
Although not contractually required to do so, we anticipate that each Facility owned by us or an affiliate of ours will contribute to the Fund on the same basis as our franchisees. Upon your reasonable written request, we will provide you an annual unaudited statement of Fund contributions and expenditures. We did not collect any Fund contributions in our fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, we did not have any Fund expenditures in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.
Local Marketing
Each month, you must spend at least $5,000 per month to promote your Franchised Business in your market area. We reserve the right to impose a lower monthly local marketing requirement based on your Franchised Business's performance in our sole discretion. You must provide us with a quarterly report of your local advertising expenditures within 15 days following the end of each calendar quarter.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Development Fund can be used for website development. Specifically, All Dogs Unleashed may use the Brand Development Fund to create and maintain one or more pages on their website devoted to advertising franchise opportunities and for screening franchise candidates.
All Dogs Unleashed retains ownership of all rights and copyrights in any design and content developed using the Brand Development Fund monies. They also have sole control over the creative concepts, content, form, and media placement of all advertising and promotional materials developed with the fund. This means that while franchisees contribute to the fund, All Dogs Unleashed ultimately decides how the money is spent and what the advertising looks like.
All Dogs Unleashed is not obligated to expend fund monies for advertising in a franchisee's specific trading area or ensure that the franchised business directly benefits from the fund's expenditure. Any unspent funds in a given year will remain in the fund for use in subsequent years. While the Brand Development Fund is intended to be perpetual, All Dogs Unleashed can terminate it at any time, provided all the money has been spent or returned to the contributors.
