What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with system modifications. All Dogs Unleashed may modify its System, confidential manuals, and the products and services offered. These modifications can include adding, deleting, or changing operating procedures, products, and services.
The franchisee must comply with these modifications at their own expense. All Dogs Unleashed will notify franchisees of any system changes, and the franchisee is required to implement these changes upon receiving notice within the timeframe that All Dogs Unleashed specifies.
This means that if All Dogs Unleashed decides to update its software, training methods, or service offerings, the franchisee will be responsible for paying for any associated costs, such as new equipment, training materials, or software licenses. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors need to maintain consistency across all locations, and franchisees benefit from the updated systems and offerings. However, it's important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential costs when evaluating the financial viability of the franchise.
