Can the arbitrator issue summary orders in an All Dogs Unleashed arbitration?

According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the arbitrator has the authority to issue summary orders. Specifically, the arbitrator can issue summary orders to resolve all or part of a claim.

This means that in an arbitration proceeding, the arbitrator can make decisions without needing a full hearing if they believe one party's claim is clearly without merit or that there is no genuine dispute of material fact. This can expedite the arbitration process and potentially reduce costs for both All Dogs Unleashed and the franchisee.

In addition to summary orders, the arbitrator can also provide for temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, injunctions, attachments, claim and delivery proceedings, temporary protective orders, receiverships, and other equitable and/or interim/final relief. All parties consent to the enforcement of these orders by any court having jurisdiction.
