trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems and indicia of origin, including, but not limited to, the mark ALL DOGS UNLEASHED*®* and the All Dogs Unleashed® logo, and/or any other different and/or additional trade names, trademarks, and service marks as we now designate and later designate in writing for use in the System (the "Marks").
- D. We have the right to establish "Specifications" for various aspects of the System, including, without limitation, specifications on location selection, the Facility's physical characteristics, operating procedures, products and services offered, supplier qualifications, training, marketing and other aspects that affect and/or relate to the experience of System customers. You must comply with our Specifications, which we have the right to (and expect to) change and modify over time.
- E. You have had an adequate opportunity to be thoroughly advised of the terms of this Agreement and have had sufficient time and opportunity to evaluate and investigate the business concept and the procedures and financial requirements associated with the business and the competitive market in which it operates.
- F. You want to obtain the right to open multiple Facilities within a specific geographic area, and we are willing to grant this right on the terms stated in this Agreement.

According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed FDD, franchisees must adhere to the franchisor's specifications regarding the products and services offered. Specifically, All Dogs Unleashed has the right to establish specifications for various aspects of the System, including the products and services offered. Franchisees must comply with these specifications, which All Dogs Unleashed can change and modify over time. This means that while the FDD does not explicitly state that franchisees need written approval for new services, they are bound by the franchisor's specifications, which could include a process for proposing and approving new services.
All Dogs Unleashed retains the right to modify the System, including the addition, deletion, and modification of operating procedures, products, and services. Franchisees are obligated to comply with these modifications at their own expense. All Dogs Unleashed will notify franchisees of any such System changes, and franchisees must implement these changes upon receipt of notice within a timeframe reasonably specified by the franchisor.
Furthermore, if a franchisee develops any new concept, process, or improvement related to the operation or promotion of an All Dogs Unleashed business, they must promptly notify All Dogs Unleashed and provide all necessary related information without compensation. This clause suggests that while franchisees can innovate, the franchisor maintains control over the System's evolution and has the right to incorporate franchisee ideas without directly compensating them. Therefore, a franchisee should clarify with All Dogs Unleashed the exact procedure for introducing new services and the criteria for approval to ensure compliance with the franchise agreement.
