All Dogs Unleashed may establish a Brand Development Fund, requiring franchisees to contribute up to 2% of their gross sales. These funds can be used for various advertising and promotional activities, including media campaigns, local promotions, and website development. The franchisor administers the fund and decides how the money is spent, but is not required to conduct any specific form of advertising in the area where the franchisee's facility is located.

In addition to the Brand Development Fund, All Dogs Unleashed franchisees are required to spend at least $5,000 per month on local marketing to promote their franchised business in their market area. This local marketing requirement ensures that franchisees are actively engaged in promoting their business within their community. Franchisees must provide a quarterly report of their local advertising expenditures.

All Dogs Unleashed also has the option to form advertising cooperatives in regions with multiple locations, requiring franchisees to participate and contribute.
