What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, written notices and reports are considered delivered at the time they are delivered by hand. This is one of several methods All County accepts for delivering important communications.

For a prospective All County franchisee, this means that if you hand-deliver a notice or report to All County, it's officially considered delivered at that exact moment. This could be important for time-sensitive matters or deadlines. It is the most immediate and verifiable delivery method.

Other methods of delivery include electronic transmission (deemed delivered one business day after transmission if there's evidence of delivery), commercial courier service (also one business day after placement, with evidence), and registered or certified mail (five business days after placement in the U.S. Mail with return receipt requested). All notices must be addressed to the party's most current principal business address that the notifying party has been notified of. Any required payment or report which All County does not actually receive during regular business hours on the date due (or postmarked by postal authorities at least two days prior thereto) will be deemed delinquent.
