What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the initial franchise fee, a designated representative will provide two days of commencement assistance within 60 days of the franchise opening for business. This assistance is included in the initial franchise fee, meaning there is no additional cost to the franchisee for this service.
However, this commencement assistance is waived if a current All County franchisee purchases an additional franchise at a reduced initial franchise fee. This means that existing franchisees expanding their All County business may not receive this on-site support when opening a new location under a discounted fee arrangement.
Prospective franchisees should consider the value of this commencement assistance when evaluating the overall franchise package. It is important to clarify with All County the specific nature of the assistance provided during these two days and how it can contribute to a successful launch. Franchisees should also inquire about the criteria for determining whether the assistance is waived in the case of multiple franchise purchases.
