According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees generally operate within a defined territory. However, there are specific circumstances under which an All County franchisee can provide services to customer accounts located outside of their designated territory.

Specifically, an All County franchisee may provide authorized services to customer accounts located outside their Territory, except that they may not provide services to any customer account located more than 50 miles from their Location without prior written permission from All County.
