What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the commencement assistance provided is included as part of the initial franchise fee and does not incur any additional expense for new franchisees. This commencement assistance consists of two days of support from an All County representative at the franchisee's territory, provided within 60 days of opening.
However, this commencement assistance is waived if a current All County franchisee purchases an additional franchise at a reduced initial franchise fee. This means that existing franchisees expanding their business may not receive the same level of initial on-site support as a completely new franchisee.
This policy could be seen as beneficial for new franchisees as it provides hands-on support without additional costs, but it's important for existing franchisees to note that they will not receive this assistance when purchasing additional franchises at a reduced fee. Prospective franchisees should consider this when evaluating the overall value of the franchise offering and the level of support they can expect.
