Although there is no additional charge for your pre-opening training, you will be responsible for all expenses incidental to the training, such as any related travel and lodging expenses.
Training is held during specified times of the year. Typically the initial training program is held once a month, depending on the need to train new franchisees. The initial training program will consist of 3 days of training for your owners you elect to enroll in the training program. Additional individuals decided upon by mutual approval will be charged $300 per person. We may increase or decrease the amount of time for training at any time. Your Managing Owner must attend and successfully complete all pre-opening training within 90 days of signing your Franchise Agreement and prior to the opening of your Franchise. Failure of the Managing Owner to successfully complete all required initial training to our satisfaction may result in termination of our Franchise Agreement.
Additional and Refresher Training (Franchise Agreement Article 13.1.8). We will furnish additional guidance and assistance through periodic training programs. If you request or if we require, we will provide additional training for your employees. All of the expenses that we incur in connection with such additional or refresher training, including per day charges and travel and lodging expenses for our representatives, will be your responsibility. Typically we may charge $300 per day for any additional training we provide if we elect to charge you for the training.

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no additional charge for the pre-opening training itself. However, franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses related to the training, including travel and lodging. The initial training program typically lasts for 3 days and is held in St. Petersburg, Florida.
All County may elect to provide the initial training program virtually or remotely. The Managing Owner must attend and successfully complete the pre-opening training within 90 days of signing the Franchise Agreement and before opening the franchise. Failure to complete the training to All County's satisfaction may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement.
Additional individuals, beyond the owners, may be enrolled in the training program with mutual approval from All County, but there will be a charge of $300 per person for these additional attendees. All County may also charge $300 per day for any additional training provided, if they elect to charge for the training.
