What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial term for an All County franchise agreement is ten years. The franchise term commences on the effective date of the agreement and expires on the tenth anniversary of that date, unless it is terminated sooner.

All County offers an option for franchisees to renew their agreement for an additional ten-year period. To be eligible for renewal, franchisees must meet certain conditions, including compliance with the existing agreement, providing written notice of intent to renew at least 90 days before the term's end, and meeting the franchisor's then-current qualifications and training requirements.

Upon renewal, All County has the option to require franchisees to execute the then-current form of the franchise agreement, which may have terms that differ materially from the original agreement. However, the franchisee will not be required to pay an additional initial franchise fee, and their territory will remain the same. If All County does not require the franchisee to execute a new franchise agreement, the term will automatically extend for an additional ten-year period.
