What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specifications and standards imposed on suppliers are communicated through written agreements. All County formulates and modifies these specifications and standards based on its sole business judgment.

Prospective All County franchisees should understand that All County retains the right to modify supplier specifications and standards. This means that the requirements for suppliers can change over time, potentially impacting the availability and cost of goods and services. Franchisees are bound to use only approved suppliers who meet All County's standards.

All County also has procedures in place for franchisees to propose new vendors and suppliers. It can take up to 90 days for All County to evaluate these proposed suppliers. All County may disclose its standards, specifications, processes, and procedures to the proposed supplier to assess their capabilities. The franchisee will receive a written decision regarding the approval or disapproval of their proposed supplier within 90 days of submitting all required information. This process ensures that all suppliers meet All County's criteria before being approved for use within the franchise system.

Franchisees must ensure compliance with All County's approved suppliers and specifications, as failure to do so could lead to termination of the franchise agreement. While All County aims to negotiate purchase agreements with approved suppliers for the benefit of franchisees, it is crucial for franchisees to stay informed about any updates or modifications to the approved supplier list and specifications, which are communicated through the Operations Manual and other written means.
