What specifications and layouts will All County furnish for the business location?

You are responsible for developing the Business Location. We will furnish you with mandatory specifications and layouts for an ALL COUNTY® business, including requirements for dimensions, design, image, interior layout, decor, fixtures, equipment, signs, furnishings and color scheme and other suggestions.
9.1. Location Development. You agree, at your own expense, to do the following with respect to developing the Business at the Location:
- 9.1.1. Secure all financing required to develop and operate the Business;
- 9.1.2. Obtain all permits and licenses required to operate the Business;
- 9.1.3. Purchase or lease and install all required fixtures, furniture, equipment, furnishings and signs required for the Business;
9.3.4. Purchase an initial inventory of authorized and approved products, materials and supplies; and,
9.3.5. Ensure that the Business will be built and operated in compliance with all local, state and federal laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
9.2. Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Signs. You agree to use in developing and operating the Business only those fixtures, furnishings, equipment, computer hardware and software, and signs that we have approved for ALL COUNTY® businesses as meeting our specifications and standards for quality, design, appearance, function and performance. You agree to place or display at the Location (interior and exterior) only such signs, emblems, lettering, logos and display materials that we approve from time to time. You agree to purchase or lease approved brands, types or models of fixtures, furnishings, equipment and signs only from suppliers we have designated or approved, which may include us and/or our affiliates.
9.3 General Release. Our review and approval of any proposed business development plans for your Location and any involvement or information communicated to you regarding such business development plans is solely to ensure your compliance with the System.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County will furnish franchisees with mandatory specifications and layouts for their business location. These specifications include requirements for dimensions, design, image, interior layout, decor, fixtures, equipment, signs, furnishings, and color schemes. All County may also provide other suggestions for the business location.
However, the franchisee is responsible for developing the business location at their own expense. This includes securing financing, obtaining permits and licenses, and purchasing or leasing and installing all required fixtures, furniture, equipment, furnishings, and signs. The franchisee must also purchase an initial inventory of authorized and approved products, materials, and supplies. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring that the business is built and operated in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
All County requires that franchisees use only those fixtures, furnishings, equipment, computer hardware and software, and signs that All County has approved as meeting their specifications and standards for quality, design, appearance, function, and performance. Franchisees must purchase or lease approved brands, types, or models of these items only from suppliers that All County has designated or approved, which may include All County and/or its affiliates. All County's review and approval of any proposed business development plans is solely to ensure compliance with the All County system.
