What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Software License Fee is indeed payable monthly. The FDD specifies that franchisees must pay a software license fee for using All County's required real estate management software each Accounting Period, which is defined as one calendar month. The monthly Software License Fee is currently $250 for the first seat and $60 for each additional seat. In addition to the monthly fee, there is a one-time initial software setup fee of $150 per seat.
This fee structure means that franchisees will have a recurring monthly expense for the software, which is essential for managing their All County business. The initial setup fee adds to the initial investment costs. Franchisees should factor these ongoing software costs into their financial projections.
All County retains the right to increase the Software License Fee during the term of the agreement, but they must provide franchisees with thirty days' prior written notice. Furthermore, these increases cannot occur more than once in any period of twelve consecutive Accounting Periods. This provision offers some predictability, but franchisees should be prepared for potential fee increases over time. The Software License Fee is payable in the same manner and at the same time as the Royalty.
For E-2 Investor Visa Franchisees, there is a pre-payment option. In addition to the initial franchise fee and the E-2 Investor Visa Initial Marketing Expense Amount, these franchisees can pre-pay $3,000 for the initial 12 months license for one seat of the required real estate management software.
