What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee receives the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) electronically, they must open the attached document to verify it can be downloaded. Then, they must reply to all recipients of the email, including a cc to the email address listed on the cover page of the FDD, stating that they received and downloaded the document.
In addition to the electronic confirmation, the franchisee must also print, sign, and date a copy of the receipt included with the FDD. This signed receipt must then be returned by mail to All County Property Management Franchise Corp. at 1700 66th St N, #402, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710.
It is important to note that the FDD specifies returning the signed receipt by mail, not by email or fax. Franchisees should adhere to this instruction to ensure proper documentation and compliance with All County's requirements. Failing to follow these instructions could potentially lead to delays or complications in the franchise approval process.
