Who must sign the Appendix A to the All County Franchise Agreement?

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Appendix A to the Franchise Agreement, regarding Communications Assignment, must be signed by the Franchisee. The franchisee nominates All County Property Management Franchise Corp. as Attorney-In-Fact to transfer all of Franchisee's right, title, and interest in all telephone numbers, facsimile numbers, and e-mail addresses to All County Property Management Franchise Corp.

This nomination is only effective where Franchisee is in default of the Franchise Agreement to which this Communications Assignment is attached and Franchisee has failed to cure such defaults under the terms of the Franchise Agreement or where the Term of the Franchise Agreement to which this Communication Assignment is attached has expired. The document also includes a space for the franchisee to date and sign 'As Individuals'.

In essence, Appendix A serves as a formal assignment of communication channels from the franchisee to All County, contingent upon specific circumstances such as default or expiration of the franchise agreement. This ensures that All County can maintain control over these communication channels if the franchisee fails to meet their obligations or upon termination of the agreement.
