What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Royalty Fees are due monthly. Specifically, the Royalty Fees must be paid on the fifth calendar day of the week immediately following the end of the prior calendar month.
All County also has the right to review a franchisee's sales numbers on a daily basis. By the fifth day of the week following the end of each calendar month, All County will calculate the Royalty Fee due for the preceding month. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, All County may withdraw the royalty fee amount, along with any other amounts due under the agreement, directly from the franchisee's designated bank account via EFT (electronic funds transfer).
It is important for prospective All County franchisees to understand these payment terms and ensure they maintain sufficient funds in their designated bank accounts to cover the royalty payments and any other fees that may be due. Franchisees should also be aware that failure to pay all amounts when due constitutes grounds for termination of the Franchise Agreement.
