What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, depending on the state or local area where an All County franchise operates, there may be specific laws or regulations for real estate management services. These regulations may include the requirement to obtain or operate under a real estate license or to have a designated broker of record who is registered with state or local authorities.

All County franchisees are responsible for investigating and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their operating area, including obtaining all required licenses and permits. Franchisees must also adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.

The Franchise Agreement defines the "Broker of Record" as the designated real estate broker who is duly registered with the state authorities in any state in which the franchisee will be operating the Franchise Business, if required by their state or jurisdiction. All County advises franchisees to consult with an attorney to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations before purchasing a franchise.
