What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a 'Broker of Record' is defined as the designated real estate broker who is duly registered with the state authorities in any state where the franchisee operates their All County franchise business, but only if the state or jurisdiction requires it.
All County requires that the Business must at all times have a designated real estate broker of record, or its equivalent, who is duly registered with the state authorities in any state in which you will be operating the Franchise Business, if required by your state or jurisdiction. This means that if the state in which an All County franchise operates mandates a registered real estate broker, the franchisee must ensure they have one designated for their business.
This requirement ensures that the All County franchise complies with local real estate laws and regulations. The franchisee must ensure they understand the real estate licensing requirements in their specific area to avoid any legal issues or operational disruptions. The role of the Broker of Record is to ensure compliance with real estate laws in the state or jurisdiction.
