- 18.2. Verification. You agree to verify and sign each report and financial statement in the manner we prescribe.
We have the right to disclose data derived from such reports without identifying you or the location of the Business.
We also have the right to require you to have reviewed or audited financial statements prepared on an annual basis at your expense by an independent third party.
Moreover, we have the right, as often as we deem appropriate, including on a daily basis, to access
the computer systems, data, and software that you maintain in connection with the operation of the Business and to retrieve all information relating to the Business' operations. You grant us permission to monitor or record any telephone conversation for quality assurance purposes, and you agree to make any and all employees of the Business aware of this requirement. You must provide us with all required passwords, logins, or security codes, if necessary, to be able to access and download all information relating to the Business' operations.
