What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County retains the right to operate competitive businesses within a franchisee's territory under certain conditions. Specifically, All County has the right to operate, either directly or through an affiliate, businesses it purchases, or acquires the rights to as a franchisor, even if these businesses are competitive or part of another franchise system. This right applies regardless of whether these acquired businesses are converted to All County's brand or continue to operate independently.

This provision means that an All County franchisee's territory is not entirely exclusive. All County can introduce competition within that territory by acquiring existing businesses or franchise systems. This could potentially impact the franchisee's market share and revenue.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand this aspect of the franchise agreement. While franchisees are granted a territory, All County retains considerable flexibility to introduce competition through acquisitions. A prospective franchisee should inquire about All County's acquisition strategy and how it might affect their territory before investing in the franchise.
