What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit a report of the business's Gross Revenue and Maintenance Revenue for the preceding calendar month by the fifth day after the end of each calendar month. This means that All County franchisees must diligently track and report their revenue figures on a monthly basis to the franchisor.

In addition to the revenue statements, All County franchisees must also provide copies of all signed sales tax returns and signed withholding tax returns for the business, along with copies of the canceled checks for the required sales taxes and withholding taxes, by the fifth day after the end of each calendar month. Franchisees are also obligated to furnish monthly profit and loss statements for the business and year-to-date balance sheets by the same deadline.

Furthermore, All County requires franchisees to submit reviewed annual profit and loss and source and use of funds statements, as well as a reviewed balance sheet for the business, within ninety days after the end of the business's fiscal year. Franchisees must also provide exact copies of federal and state income and other tax returns of the business within ten days after filing. These comprehensive reporting requirements ensure that All County maintains a clear and consistent view of each franchise's financial performance and compliance with tax obligations.
