What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee proposes a new supplier, All County may disclose certain information to that supplier. Specifically, All County is allowed to disclose applicable standards, specifications, processes, and procedures for the item the supplier would provide. This disclosure is subject to reasonable restrictions and conditions to protect All County's trade secrets and confidential information. The information disclosed must be detailed enough to allow the proposed supplier to demonstrate their capacity and capabilities to supply the items.
This process is initiated when a franchisee notifies All County in writing that they wish to use a brand or supplier not currently approved. The franchisee must then submit sufficient information, specifications, and samples for All County to evaluate whether the brand complies with their standards and if the supplier meets their criteria. All County has the right to approve or disapprove any supplier, and approval can be conditional.
All County has up to 90 days to evaluate new vendors or suppliers. Within 90 days after receiving all requested information, All County will communicate its decision in writing to the franchisee. This entire process ensures that All County maintains control over the quality and standards of products and services used within its franchise system, while also allowing franchisees the opportunity to suggest alternative suppliers.
