What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, London Computer Systems Inc. (LCS) is responsible for applying Rent Manager software updates. The Rent Manager Online Service Agreement outlines the parameters for operating the Rent Manager Online (RMO) software, which allows franchisees to access the program through the internet.
As part of the services provided under the agreement, LCS includes "Rent Manager software updates (applied by LCS)." This means All County franchisees do not have to worry about manually installing updates to the software; LCS handles this automatically. This ensures that franchisees always have the latest version of the software with the newest features and security patches.
In addition to software updates, LCS also provides unlimited 24/7 access to the RM software via the Internet, unlimited support by trained technicians during business hours (8:00am-7:00pm Eastern), and regular automatic backups. LCS also agrees to provide maximum system availability, with a service goal for the RMO system to be available via the Internet not less than 98% of the agreed production hours.
