What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County may require franchisees to use approved computer hardware and software to maintain business records and reports. These records and reports must be furnished in the form and frequency specified in the Franchise Agreement and the Operations Manual.
This means that as an All County franchisee, you might not have a choice in the computer systems you use for your business. All County has the right to mandate specific hardware and software. This is fairly common in franchising, as it helps ensure data compatibility and standardization across the All County system.
The franchisee must provide All County with copies of all signed sales tax returns and signed withholding tax returns for the business and copies of the canceled checks for the required sales taxes and withholding taxes by the fifth day after the end of each calendar month. Also, the franchisee must provide All County with a report of the business's Gross Revenue and Maintenance Revenue for the preceding calendar month by the fifth day after the end of each calendar month. Furthermore, the franchisee must provide All County with a profit and loss statement for the business for the preceding calendar month and a year-to-date balance sheet by the fifth day after the end of each calendar month. Finally, the franchisee must provide All County with reviewed annual profit and loss and source and use of funds statements and a reviewed balance sheet for the business as of the end of such fiscal year within ninety days after the end of the business's fiscal year.
