- 1.1.1. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and our Franchise Disclosure Document and understand and accept the terms, conditions and covenants contained in this Agreement as being reasonably necessary to maintain our high standards of quality and service and the uniformity of those standards at each ALL COUNTY® business.
- 1.1.2. You acknowledge that you have conducted an independent investigation of operating an ALL COUNTY® business and recognize that the nature of this business may evolve and change over time and that an investment in an ALL COUNTY® business involves business risks and that your business abilities and efforts are vital to the success of the venture.
- 1.1.3. You acknowledge that any information you acquired from other ALL COUNTY® franchisees relating to their sales, profits or cash flows does not constitute information obtained from us, nor do we make any representation as to the accuracy of any such information. You further acknowledge that we have advised you to seek franchise counsel to review and evaluate this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must acknowledge that they have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement and the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This acknowledgement confirms the franchisee's understanding that these terms are necessary to maintain All County's quality standards and uniformity across all franchise locations.
Furthermore, franchisees must acknowledge that they have conducted their own independent investigation into the All County business opportunity. This includes recognizing that the real estate property management business may evolve and change, and that investing in an All County franchise involves inherent business risks. The franchisee's own business abilities and efforts are considered vital to the success of the venture.
All County also requires franchisees to acknowledge that any information they receive from other franchisees regarding sales, profits, or cash flows is not information provided by All County, and that All County makes no representations about the accuracy of such information. The FDD also states that All County advises franchisees to seek independent legal counsel to review and evaluate the Franchise Agreement before signing.
