- 20.4.10. Representation. You and your transferring owners have agreed that you and they will not directly or indirectly at any time or in any manner (except with respect to other ALL COUNTY® businesses you own and operate) identify or represent yourself or themselves or any business as a current or former ALL COUNTY® business, or as one of our licensees or franchisees, use any Marks, any colorable imitation thereof or other indicia of an ALL COUNTY® business in any manner or for any purpose or utilize for any purpose any trade name, trademark or service mark or other commercial symbol that suggests or indicates a connection or association with us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, transferring owners are restricted from representing themselves as being connected to the All County brand after the transfer, with some exceptions. Specifically, transferring owners cannot identify themselves or any business as a current or former All County business, licensee, or franchisee.
This restriction includes using All County's trademarks, service marks, or any similar commercial symbols that suggest an association with All County. The only exception to this rule is if the transferring owners continue to own and operate other All County businesses. This is a standard clause in franchise agreements to protect the brand's integrity and prevent confusion among customers after a transfer of ownership.
For a prospective All County franchisee, this means that upon selling their franchise, they and their co-owners must completely disassociate themselves from the All County brand, unless they continue to operate other All County franchises. This includes ceasing all use of All County's branding, logos, and other identifying marks. This restriction is designed to ensure that the new owner has the exclusive right to represent the All County brand in the territory and to prevent the former owner from competing unfairly using the brand's reputation.
