What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees do not receive options, rights of first refusal, or similar rights to acquire additional franchises. This means that as an All County franchisee, you will not have the first opportunity to purchase additional franchises that may become available in your area or elsewhere. All County retains the right to offer new franchises to whomever they choose, without any obligation to offer them to existing franchisees first.
This lack of a right of first refusal is a significant consideration for potential franchisees looking to expand their business within the All County system. Without this right, there's no guarantee that you'll be able to grow your business by acquiring additional territories or franchises. All County could award a new franchise to someone else, even in an area adjacent to your existing territory, potentially creating competition.
In the franchise industry, rights of first refusal vary. Some franchisors offer them as an incentive to attract franchisees and encourage expansion within the system. The absence of this right with All County means that growth through additional franchises is entirely at the discretion of the franchisor. Prospective franchisees should consider this carefully when evaluating the long-term potential of an All County franchise and discuss expansion opportunities with the franchisor.
