Does All County provide samples of advertising materials to franchisees at no additional cost?

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County will furnish franchisees with samples of advertising, marketing, and promotional formats at no additional cost when they deem it appropriate. However, multiple copies of these materials will be provided at All County's direct cost of production, plus any related shipping, handling, and storage charges.

All County maintains an Advertising Fund, to which franchisees must contribute either one percent of their gross revenue or $195 per accounting period, whichever is greater. All County has sole discretion over the creative concepts, materials, endorsements, geographic markets, and media placement used in advertising programs financed by this fund.

Franchisees are also required to spend a minimum amount on local advertising and promotion. Specifically, a new All County franchisee must spend at least $3,000 within 60 days of opening their business. Each month thereafter, they must spend no less than $1,500 on local advertising and promotion. Franchisees must provide proof of these expenditures, and All County may review their books to verify compliance. Failure to spend the required amount may result in All County requiring the franchisee to pay the unexpended amount into the Advertising Fund. All advertising and promotional materials must be approved by All County.
