Additional and Refresher Training (Franchise Agreement Article 13.1.8). We will furnish additional guidance and assistance through periodic training programs. If you request or if we require, we will provide additional training for your employees. All of the expenses that we incur in connection with such additional or refresher training, including per day charges and travel and lodging expenses for our representatives, will be your responsibility. Typically we may charge $300 per day for any additional training we provide if we elect to charge you for the training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County offers general guidance but does not provide direct assistance with hiring or training employees as part of its pre-opening obligations. However, the initial training program does include 4 hours of classroom training in staff management.
All County may furnish additional guidance and assistance through periodic training programs. If a franchisee requests it, or if All County requires it, All County will provide additional training for the franchisee's employees. The franchisee is responsible for all expenses All County incurs in connection with additional or refresher training, including per day charges, travel, and lodging expenses for All County's representatives. All County typically charges $300 per day for any additional training it provides, if it elects to charge for the training.
In addition to staff management training, the initial training program includes 8 hours of classroom training and 16 hours of on-the-job training for customer service and marketing. The training location is Monticello, Florida. Franchisees should inquire about the content covered in the staff management training to determine if it will meet their needs.
