Territory and Site Selection (Franchise Agreement Article 1.2. and Appendix B). If you have not already selected a potential territory, we will assist by providing advice in territory selection. Our concerns regarding your choice of a territory for your Franchise Business include many factors. We must approve your proposed franchise location. Our approval of your franchise
location does not guarantee success in the territory, nor does this approval imply a warranty as to any aspect of the location or territory.
We do not provide assistance with conforming your business premises to local ordinances and building codes. We will not provide direct assistance in obtaining any required permits needed to operate the Franchise Business at the business location, and we will not provide direct assistance with constructing, remodeling, or decorating the business premises.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County will assist prospective franchisees by providing advice in territory selection if a potential territory has not already been selected. All County will consider many factors when evaluating a territory.
All County must approve the proposed franchise location. However, the FDD states that All County's approval of a franchise location does not guarantee success in the territory, nor does it imply a warranty regarding any aspect of the location or territory.
All County does not provide assistance with conforming business premises to local ordinances and building codes, obtaining required permits, or direct assistance with construction, remodeling, or decorating the business premises. All County will provide written specifications as to how the business premises must appear.
