What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County may elect to use a public figure to promote the franchise or services in the future. However, as a franchisee, you are not allowed to use any public figure or third party to promote your All County franchise business unless you have express written consent from All County.
This means that while All County reserves the right to leverage public figures for brand promotion at their discretion, franchisees do not have the same freedom. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors typically want to maintain control over brand messaging and ensure consistency across all locations.
For a prospective franchisee, this highlights the importance of adhering to All County's marketing guidelines and seeking approval for any promotional activities that fall outside of the standard protocols. It also underscores the value of the national or regional advertising efforts that All County may undertake, as these could potentially include endorsements from public figures that would benefit all franchisees.
