What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County has the option to outsource marketing and advertising for the Advertising Fund to an agency. Specifically, All County maintains control over the programs financed by the Advertising Fund, including creative materials, endorsements, market placement, and media allocation.

All County has the discretion to either handle the marketing and advertising efforts themselves or to contract those services out to an external agency. The Advertising Fund itself is intended to cover the costs of various marketing and promotional activities. These activities include traditional advertising campaigns (radio, TV, print), website maintenance, direct mail, marketing surveys, and the employment of advertising or public relations agencies.

This flexibility allows All County to adapt its marketing strategies and resources as needed. For a prospective franchisee, this means that the specific marketing initiatives and their execution could vary depending on All County's decisions regarding outsourcing. Franchisees contribute to the Advertising Fund, with the understanding that All County will manage it to enhance the overall image of the All County system. The franchisee should inquire about All County's typical practices regarding the use of agencies versus in-house resources, and what factors influence that decision.
