The person responsible for the day to day management and operation of the Franchise must have successfully completed the pre-opening training. This may be your Managing Owner or a designated "on-premises" manager. The "on-premises" manager need not have an equity share in the Franchise. If you have an "on-premises" manager distinct from your Managing Owner, those two people will need to maintain sufficient contact with one another so that we will not need to contact the "on-premises" manager separately from our contact with the Managing Owner.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'on-premises' manager is not required to have an equity share in the franchise. The franchisee must designate a Managing Owner who has the authority to make daily business decisions and is the main point of contact for All County. This Managing Owner must be identified to All County with their contact information.

If the franchisee chooses to have an 'on-premises' manager who is different from the Managing Owner, it is important that these two individuals maintain regular contact. This ensures that All County can communicate primarily with the Managing Owner without needing to separately contact the 'on-premises' manager.

A franchisee can either directly manage the business themselves through a Managing Owner role or delegate the daily operations to a manager without needing to offer equity in the franchise.
